Who we are
We have a very strong procurement pedigree. We’ve been working in this arena for over 113 dog years (that’s 25 years to us humans).
flexible and nimble
We work in a made-to-measure way; this may be through extensive consultancy programs, small discussions, or anything in between.
What we know
Knowledge is power
Our deep knowledge of complex procurement processes means we know how to engineer them for maximum efficiencies, and how to sell into them.
Apple, Asimov and Creativity
The whole arena of creativity is beset with a central challenge: how do we get better at creativity? This is something which has taxed and challenged a whole series of people for a huge amount of time, and has also delivered polar opposite views in approach.
In the recent interview with Jony Ive, the design legend at Apple, he provides an insight into a whole group of issues which impact on creativity, including the importance of personal influences and research, and how small groups bring a lot of value to the creativity process.

What should Sales know about Procurement?
Sales teams, in critical parts of the overall sales process, need to address the requirements of the buying organisation. If the way in which the buying organisation works has changed, there’s a natural need to understand the implications of that change.
Where category management is being used by the buying organisation, then there is an even greater need to get the proposal to work, as the consequences of category management processes are often about reducing supplier numbers, consolidation and concentration of activity. There is a real danger of being excluded from accounts for years.
